The best way is to have goals and forget others that try to sway you from your goals. Also sometimes people have thier own problems and try to pass it on to you or claim thier problems are your fault. Also don't keep any fake friends around ,they are the worst. The more you accomplish the more people might tell you what your doing is wrong , especially when you lose fat and look sexier than them.

For a serious answer to your thread without getting derailed by the troll, I'd recommend slow deep breaths and counting to ten. Anything you can do to bring your heart rate down will help.

Usually, when thought about with a calm and clear mind, most things won't seem as big a deal as they first do when you're angry.

"Transitions of power"? You, Sir, cannot even put together a decent sentence. Perhaps you the phrase you are looking for is "positions of power" .

I encourage everyone to be emotional creatures, because power without compassion is despotism.

Yes... this is what I keep trying to do but I don't get to count very high before the next illogical insane thing happens.
  • I drink a lot of teas. It's become a hobby kind of to get different loose leaf teas and try them. For some reason it keeps me pretty chill most of the time.

Play a game that takes your mind off of stress.

Even smiling is supposed to help oddly.

Yoga is nice as well. Meditation, anything that helps you just sort of 'zen out' as they say.

Concentrate on yourself and understand that people around you , if they see they can mess with you and it effects you , they will keep doing it. No matter how hard it is don't let what others do effect you. Also don't focus on trolls but the real advice your given.

I thought it was due to our upper body strength advantage. Which is not much of an advantage any more. Hence women are on equal ground.

Well I didn't think the advice I'd be getting would be so alcohol oriented
Given how it was all going I thought I should clarify a little.

I take bubble baths. Lots and lots of bubble baths.
    Deep breaths
    Music
    Paint my nails
    Shoot something
    Dance
    Write
Help someone else with a problem so the focus isn't so much on me. This also is a good way to put things into perspective sometimes. :)

....one or any combo of the above changes my mood instantly.
    Good luck! :flowerforyou:
