    These are not the best pictures, but I can kinda tell a difference. The first one (inside the house) was me at 260 Oct 14, 2013, and the second one (at the beach) is at 216 lbs, April 19th, 2014

    Everyone looks so amazing!!! I just started really but the picture on the left, was at my highest and I thought I looked good that day. I didn't know how round my face was until a two weeks ago when I took the picture on the right.

    It's amazing how much younger and healthier you all look, there is certainly an aura of vitality around the after photos that was non-existent in the tired looking before shots. Inspirational.
