    Lori, you look so great! You're the reason why I'm here. I love MFP! your advice is what has worked for me. Don't go over on calories. I mean, I've gone over a few times, but overall I make sure my calories don't go over, and I lose weight. The weight coming off is more motivation than anything else!

    Congrats on the weight loss and good luck on the last 20 :)
