    hmmm.... not really. It's more quantity per day not per sitting so to speak. Not to be graphic but my husband poops a little bit 3-4 times a day but I poop a lot once a day. Both normal. In fact pooping several times a day can indicate a bowel problem.

    If you start to have the runs or you aren't going once a day I suggest more veggies/fiber and water.
