My number 1 is my protein powder! I guess I use it for smoothies most mornings, plus post workout so that makes sense.

    Number 2 - 5 are:
    - blueberries
    - tomatoes
    - nuts
    - spinach

    YUM

Mustard is in second (after coffee).... and I'm not sure what that says about me (except that I eat lunch food for breakfast and dinner).

Go into food. Then, say at breakfast, it asks you to add food. At the top of the foods it says RECENT, MOST USED, RECIPES and MY FOODS.

After the hot chocolate mix for my morning mocha...

I've got shredded cheese, then vegetarian refried beans. Burritos are tasty and easy!

My first one is red seedless grapes. I am addicted. If I do not have them in the house I will go ballistic. I MUST HAVE GRAPES!
My number 2 spot is my Multi-Vitamin. I am horrible at remembering to take it and would be lucky to take it twice a week. I added VITAMINS as a category and now log it every day just like everything else!

That is an excellent idea about the vitamins...I always forget to take mine. Having its own category would be a good reminder...Thanks!!
