Lateral thigh trainer

So this evening my lovely fiancé is picking me up a lateral thigh trainer so that I can quit the gym and save money! I have a 4 month old so I don't want to have to leave him all the time for gym. I was wondering if anyone uses a LTT and what results you have had... How long has it taken?... How often and for how long did you do it?

I'll also post my progress! Before I start I weigh 11 stone 7lb and my measurements are:
Waist- 78cm
Upper Legs- 63cm
Hips- 102cm
