Activity level? Scared to overestimate

I feel like the 1430 calories MFP gives me to lose a pound Is too low for my activity level, but I dont want to over estimate it either
I work three jobs, one at Starbucks 5 or 6 days a week with 5-7 hour shifts, so I'm pretty much up and moving around, making drinks, etc for that time. Another at a grocery store 5 times a week for usually 6 hour shifts, not doing too much movement but consistently standing to cash people out, and I waitress at a restaurant 4 times a week with 4-5 hour shifts which requires a lot of back and forth. Advice? Thank you!

there is a couple of ways of doing this, you could start with a sedentary setting and add in exercise for the work level. or you could look at some of the other calculators to come up with a number (or at least audit what you get here) certainly you would be at a moderate level with those jobs - I use Sedentary and add because the level of activity at my job fluctuates wildly
