    Sorry to drop out of the Skinny Saturday this week. Will be working out of town every Sat. for the next month. Trust me I am getting my extra exercise on those Saturdays. Water is more of a problem.

    You all did so well on your Sksday, I am so happy for you!

    If I can figure out how to get here on my new phone I will be in this Saturday. Keep kick'n it! Alice

    My Skinny Saturday was a complete failure! :grumble:

    I was in the car for 6 hours with all my brothers & then at my Uncle's funeral. By the time I got home I was SO completely exhausted that I took a nap & then just hung out on the couch and watched tv. :ohwell:

    But kudos to everyone for all your awesome workouts! See you all on Wednesday! :drinker:
