    I admire your ability not just finally taking action but also to sticking with it! It takes a lot of guts. Please keep the before and after pictures around to remind you of your struggles and catch yourself when you put on an extra 10 pounds later in your life.
    Those pounds which you freed are waiting out there, with friends, just waiting to sneak back on and make room for their buddies too. Don't let them!
