Fruit high in sugar

Agreed - I have taken sugar off my board and only have macros (carbs/fats/protein).
The allotted sugar is ridiculous!
I eat grapes, bananas, apples etc A LOT and I've lost!
Seriously, I'll usually eat 2 clementines, a banana, an apple and some other fruit ... DAILY ... and I've lost wonderfully.
What I don't eat much off is artificial sweeteners.0 -
To follow the plan I actually had to increase my total fruit per day. I remember checking diets for diabetics on several medical sites, and all had several servings of fruit per day, as well as sertvings of starchy vegetables, grains etc, just distributed throughout the day.0
