    That's actually really awesome. There's a guy at my gym that does them with a 45 plate.

    Some of the staff have, actually. Maybe where I go isn't the best, but they don't seem to be too helpful.
    That's a pretty poor show.
    Though, I wouldn't want to work in an average gym particularly for many reasons!
