Greek yogurt, quinoa is pretty good. Why low fat? Without that restriction I could give you the ideas of fish, cottage cheese (could do low sodium), nuts, Turkey. Fats are important for hormone regulation, etc so unless you're not able to hit other Macros because of it, I see no reason to worry about it.0
