I am 5"8 around 150 pounds and a size 6/8 depends on the brand.
I started at 185 and a very tight size 12. Probably should have been 14.0 -
I'm 5ft 3" - currently 138lbs - a UK size 10 from all shops, the 10's are actually getting a bit big around my waist.
(hips 36" - waist 26.75" )0 -
I'm 5"1' - 113lb - UK size 8.
I started at 136lb UK size 12.
23lb down & 2 dress sizes0 -
I'm 5ft 5 (and a bit) and 160lb and fit into a UK size 12 very comfortably but I don't think I'll ever be a size 10 even if/when I reach my goal weight because I have broad shoulders, wide hips and a big chest!
I think if there was a size 11 that's what I would be right now but I don't actually hold much weight around my hips any more after losing quite a bit of weight so I don't think they'll ever fit into a 10!
I'm also quite scared of trying a 10 on in shops because I'm worried that I won't fit into it and that'll just make me very self concious of my body whereas when I put on a 12 I feel good about my body
I'm 5ft 6 and 157lb and a comfortable size 12. I started as a size 14 and dropped to a 12, so I'm happy! This post is exactly the same as me, I'd love to get into a size 10, but in reality I don't think it's possible.0 -
I'm 5 foot 1 inch, currently 117 lb (still losing) and size 4P.0

I'm the opposite: I can drop the weight, but my sizes haven't changed much. I am short (5'2) and about 187lbs. I carry most of my weight in my hips, thighs, butt. Having lost 30 something pounds only dropped me one pant size, to a size 16. Oh, and of course, I've about lost what boobs I did have
Oh yes i loose my boobs fast, ive been told to try the squat challenfge for my butt and thighs so gonna try that...
Squats work wonders!0 -
5'0 118 pounds in a size 4/6p
Major congrats on your weight loss! Very impressive :drinker:0 -
I'm currently 160 and size 12 (I can squeeze into a few 10s but not many). At my smallest, I was 130 lbs and size 6/8.
ETA: I'm 5'5-5'6 and at my largest was 180ish and size 14/160 -
I am a short *kitten* 5ft1, just under the 200lb and its all belly, thights, but lost some boobage! humph, soon I will look like a pear! any ideas for shaving the thights down and the butt?
Squats and backward lunges help with the butt.0 -
Hi there!
I'm 5'5", 135 lbs, 16.5% BF, 26 inch waist, and a US size 4...ok...size 6 around the top...weight training makes for tighter arm holes....
Don't expect your jeans to fit any better, when you start doing squats, though.... You get killer glutes and quads, and a lose waist band without muffin top. That doesn't mean you'll fit your behind and legs in them.... I'm currently shopping for pants myself....lol0 -
I'm 5ft7.5 and currently 162lb down from 168. I've an hour glass shape which thankfully is very forgiving. I was under 145lb last summer before an injury and want to get to 140lb or under. At the moment I'm a UK 12/14 and last year I was a 10/12. I've a big bust (even at 145lb I was a 32F, currently 34E/F) so even if I lose weight on top my boobs don't always fit into the smaller size.
My goal is to fit comfortably in UK size 10 jeans0 -
I'm 5'4, about 143lbs and I wear a size 6 in jeans...just bought a 4 in dress pants. Tops are usually medium, sometimes small.0
-
I'm 5'4"
When I started last year, I was 209 in size 20-22 pants and 22 tops.
currently I'm at 162 in six 14 pants and medium tops. Last night I bought a size 12 pair of slacks that I can get into but are still a bit tight. I also bought two size M summer dresses that I would *never* have even picked up last summer.
I have about twenty pounds to get to my goal.
I'm hoping to get to a size 10 but with my hips I'm not sure it will happen.0 -
I'm 5'7", currently 157 lbs, and am wearing size 12 pants. No idea on the top since I have big boobs (34G atm). I have a little more than 20 lbs left to lose.0
-
5'4", 113lbs, UK size 8-10. Used to be about about 105-108lbs and was comfortably a size 6, so I'm not sure if my body shape has just changed0
-
I am 5'4 and I weigh about 135lbs.
I currently wear a size 5 comfortably and can squeeze into a size three.
My bodyfat percentage is low though. I am sitting around 14% bodyfat.
Keep up the good work - the scale isnt always the best indicator of success0 -

Try Old Navy "Sweetheart" cut...smaller waist, but more room for the buttzz & thighzz!0 -
I am 5'7 and weigh 184. I wear a size 10-14 depending on where it comes from. I have size 10 pants from when I was about 170 and I can still wear them although they are tight. Size 14 fits my legs ok and butt ok but are huge on my waist.0
-
I'm 5'4. Started at 262 in a size 22/24W. Now, at 192 I'm in a 14 pant, large shirt, 12 in some dresses.0
-
I am 5'8 182 lbs and wear size 14. My heaviest was 229 lbs and size 20.
I am not sure what body type I have but I carry most of my weight in my stomach. So dropping in pant size is really difficult.0
