kpopa, I have the same issue with eating after lunch. And after dinner. I just don't seem to feel full. I think about food. It's like an obsession. Any activities to help with this? Count me in. :flowerforyou:0

Okay, I'm not very computer literate. I'm new to the site and can't seem to navigate very well. I found the link to our awesome new blog on the topics page, but once I go to the blog page on the site, I don't know how to find it. I'm afraid I'm going to lose the link. Can anyone help? Thanks0

Hi, thanks for including the link again. It makes it easy to find. However, I want to figure out how to get directly to it. It seems I should be able to make it a feed, but do not know how. I will see if I have a friend who can show this to me. Okay, now you all know what an dork I am. :-)0

hey everyone! hope you've had a nice hump day! i can't believe tomorrow is thursday already! i think the easiest way to keep up with the blog is to subscribe to it. now, i've never subscribed to a blog here before, so i'm kind of guessing, but i'm assuming that if you do, you will receive a notification with any updates. is that right? it seems like it should be.
i really want to get on board with taking measurements too! let's all give it a go, at least once a month. i am going to start on friday, the first day of october and my birthday! too cool. i'm going to take some ibuprofen and head to bed. i busted and landed on my bum today in bosu class - my ankle turned and it is still giving me some grief. but i reckon i'll be ready to go to tomorrow's workout after i sleep it off! There is a link that says subscribe on the right hand side right where it says Tools. Click on that to subscribe to the blog.0 -

lol geez...how do you figure out your fat %? i'm only meauring my neck, waist, chest, hips and thigh...i don't want to know what the rest of my body is doing :laugh:0 -
Morning ladies, and possibly gentlemen....i completed another workout last night, that's three days in a row! my goal is 4 but i'm hoping to do 5. I have to admit i'm feeling a little beat up and tired today...my legs are killing me! i ate like i've never seen food yesterday and came in 150 calories below my maximum...which isn't to bad for me...the secret is a bowl of cereal as a bedtime snack...it helped put another 150 calories onto my chart. I also asked the super hot guy at the gym if he eats back his calories and he said yes and then some...but he's ripped and beautiful so i wouldn't suggest eating more than your budget...Monday is my weigh and measure day so i'm keeping my fingers crossed that i'll see some sort of difference. hi everyone! hope your day is going well so far! back from the gym with psycho lady - my term of endearment for our crazy instructor! she is nice, encouraging and scary all rolled into one! but when we're in her classes, she is so involved it feels like personal training, and she won't let you give up. she rocks, and today's workout was insane. i know i blasted a ton of calories!

My name is Erica. I'm trying to get in shape and tone up my jiggly bits. I lost 4 pounds in my first month on MFP and hope to lose an additional 6 or at least gain some muscle. I am trying to become a mom, but as I've been doing that for 9 months with no results, I'll just join this group until that happens.
