how many calories in this?

When I look up "chicken kebab skewer," I get anything from 60 calories to 600 calories. I put the dollar bill there for perspective. It's just grilled chicken breast, I don't taste any spices or oils. I've BEEN counting one skewer as 60 calories according to the "homemade" entry, but then I looked up other entries and now I'm wondering how much I've been over my limit.

Help?

I don't own a scale, I'm just looking for an estimate. I can't imagine a few chunks of chicken breast could be more than 100 calories but I don't know if I am underestimating.

I would say you are right if it wasn't rubbed with cream or anything. lol

No more than 100 calories. I'd be safe and say 80 calories.

And go buy a scale so you can weigh it and know for sure in the future.

Just take a good guess....looks to be about 2-3 oz of chicken breast...but that is just a rough estimate.

Yeah I agree. My 4 oz frozen chicken breast is 110 calories and when cooked it shrinks to about 3.5 oz. It looks a little more than that but unsure how thick those pieces are.

At least 100 calories. If sweet, it could be around 150.

I'd agree that it looks to be on the low end of that calorie range. The main thing... don't stress over it. That's more damaging to you than a potential 40 or 50 calorie difference.

Thank you everyone, I'll estimate around 100 cal. No spices or creams or oils, all I taste is chicken like it was straight off the grill.

I did, but I'm tracking my calories, so I was just looking for a quick estimate. It was delicious, btw.
