Your post is very motivating! I'm at 332 today (46 years old). A half of life ago at 23, I was at 185 and graduating from ISU in Normal, IL (your red shirt makes me think you're an ISU person). Best of luck for you and your kids.0

You look awesome! I'm at the exact starting weight and was wondering what you have done to get down to where you are?!0

Before 165 lbs.
After 135 lbs.
How did you do this? I'm at the exact same starting weight and 135 is my goal! Just curious what you did to lose the weight?0 -
Thanks for posting your pics guys! It is SUCH a motivator to not give up! I'd post pics but one, I don't have any place in my apartment to take selfies, and two, I hate photobucket.0

I have two different before and afters.
Here is my first. The before: 2004-ish, around my max weight of 240. The after: May 2014, around 180. (I originally lost down to 140, but I couldn't maintain it. I gained back up to around 160-165 then started lifting, so I've gained a bit more from that.)
This is my other before and current work in progress. The pic in the left is October 2013, right as I started to lift weights. The pic on the right is May 2014 after almost a year of lifting.0 -
