I don't care for breakfast myself, so I end up skipping it or having a protein shake. I can't rationalize forcing myself to eat when I am not hungry...even if people tell me it's better for me. I'm doing this my own way for now and if it doesn't work, then I can adjust.0

Thank you to everyone! A lot of great information and personal experience! Glad to know that I'm not alone in this issue. I too feel more hungry during the day if I eat breakfast, not sure why that is. I do find it makes it harder for me to control my calories when I feel like I'm starving all day. I think I will stick with a shake and eat a lil later when I'm actually hungry. Again thanks to all!0

Oh I love breakfast!!! My favourite out of the 3 meals!
Try little steps at first.......... A banana or a yoghurt - Then maybe try a small bowl of cereal or oats?
Smoothies - Try foods you like slowly : )
My fav is oats with peanut butter sooooo yummy!!0
