    That was Dolly's shelter name! She looked like the filling (white), but her body was shaped like a Twinkie. /hijack

    Some of my favorite names from shelter dogs we've had are Rocket, Kilo and Guinness, and I love Mia's Mojo!

    We have a Blue Heeler mix. They're also called Australian cattle dogs, so we looked up Australian geographical names. There's a river called the Yara Yara (and we found out the word Yara is from an aboriginal language for water or river or something). So she's Yara.

    We have 2 Boston Terriers, Archer and Ronin. Ronin usually gets called "Roney-Baloney" though. (Edit: that's Archer in my profile pic.) We have had in the past a Sisko (chihuahua mix) and a Leon (German Shepherd mix).
