Anyone here can add me if you wish but don't judge me by my food diary. :bigsmile: I try to stay at or near target, but the macros and micros drive me crazy so I aim for calorie goal, 5-9 fruits and veggies/day, and somewhere close on protein and sodium.
I try to get in some activity most days, and I eat pretty much all of it back. Just signed up at a fitness center to get some pointers on resistance/strength training, as well as learn to swim (yup, I'm a panicky sinker, lol). I enjoy cardio but not very motivated for anything else, so any ideas you all can share will be welcomed.0 -
