Help with my weight loss goals!!

Hi,

I am back after months of binge eating every single day. I gained a lot of weight, I was 120 and now I am 147.
I never starved myself but I couldn't stay at 120, and even though I want to lose that much
again, I don't think I should.

I have a very fast metobolism and I am 5'9. Is 130 pounds a good goal? How much time do you think it would take? I want my expectations to be realistic.

I do have a binge eating disorder and trying to recover.I am active but it is impossible for me to exercise these weeks. I am having zillions of exams, so don't say I have to, I know that. I just can't.

    My best advice is to set your goal to .5 lbs a week and go about it slowly since you don't have a lot to lose. You can drop weight without exercising as long as you stay within your calorie goals. Just try to incorporate being active into your day when you have a choice. For example, parking at the other end of the parking lot and walking over to the building or taking the stairs instead of elevator, or do 10 sit ups every couple of hours while studying. Every little bit helps.
