    Always the 'New Girl" and the 'Shop/Math Teacher's ' Daughter' and as one classmate told me a few years ago, an 'independent spirit' . Went to 3 high schools, rarely dated guys from my school, they were scared of my dad, but most of my 'friends' were those guys. Ahh memories, good and bad. Thanks for the reminder ;)

    And I liked it that way. I skipped class all the time and never got caught. I was late for school almost every day and never got detention. Being the quiet one was advantageous ;)

    I hung out with whoever was partying. Jocks, stoners, hicks (least favorite to be honest) ...whatevs.

    Also much to the surprise of the above groups I also started a school newspaper, and my closest friends to this day were a couple of the guys involved with that.
