Ok I'll give that a try tomorrow, I'll skip the flax seed in my breakfast (or cut down a little) and maybe have more for lunch or tea. Thanks for your advice, hoping it'll give me that energy I haven't really felt for a long time.
Another edit: just wanted to add that I've had a big old tea 1.1k calories or something and STILL don't feel energetic or anything, dunno whether that's just because it's starting to get late.
