I am definitely in! I am trying to lose 17 pounds between now and Christmas (or New Years, I'm not picky about a week) and breaking it down into 5 pound increments for each month will be SO helpful! I was at 216.8 on Monday, but I'll reweigh on Thursday to start the October challenge too.0

I actually managed it last month yay, after augusts only 1lb drop didnt think I would.

I totally fell off the wagon in Sept. BUT I am back on and serious!!
I started 30 DS yesterday, and almost couldn't get out of bed today LOL. I'm going to try to do it tonight, I went ahead and walked 1 mile just incase lol.
My starting weight for this month is 2350 -
