Joining today I just got back from a week in Jamaica and I got on the scale
this morning and have gained 3 pounds. I gave myself two days to detox
and now ready to start losing again.

My motivation this week was adding great friends to my mfp list to help keep each other motivated and supported..

I tried something very boring last week but it work. Shampoo, rinse and repeat - the same breakfast, the same lunch and pretty close to the same dinner. It worked though. I am down more than 5lbs so far for April and it's been years since I have dropped more than 2lbs in a week. I think it's also because I am reporting my progress.
@Trix5884 you got to the gym a lot! That is great, like you I had a hiccup last night - weekend thing? You still lost so awesome job.0 -
