Day 3 in the books. 20 was a breeze but 30 my body was having an earthquake! 300 seconds, are you serious? One day at a time and we will get it done. Good luck everyone!

    Great job everyone!!!

I agree! 30 seconds doesn't seem that long...but when you are doing it, you really have to focus!

    Day 4 - done!! :drinker:

I completed this challenge in March. My personal best was 4:01 on the last day. I finished the last 59 seconds after a brief rest. This is a very doable challenge.

I am now doing the wall sit challenge.

Here is a link on how to do the 30 day plank challenge. It also shows a little clip of a guy doing a plank. Proper form is the key. I like how it says you can do it as many times of the day as you would like. I am going to try this too.

So glad there are so many wanting to do this! Good luck everyone!

I'm up to doing 2, 60 minute planks and using the plank workouts these two women teach: here are the links

I started this challenge before I saw this thread. Started a couple of days late, though.

    Day 8 = 190 seconds

I'm using an app so my progression isn't the same as the example on the first page. I've also been using locked arms. It's getting super tough. I'm supposed to reach 430 seconds by the end, but I may switch to elbows soon.

I'm up to 90 seconds and BOY is it hard! I have no idea how I'll be able to bump that up to 120!

I've been doing this since April 1, but just found this thread.

I'm on my second day of 90-second planks. It was pretty easy for me up until this point, but now there's an earthquake happening inside my body beginning around the one minute mark and it doesn't quit until I collapse onto the ground at 90 seconds. Whew! I agree with the last poster, 120 seconds will be BRUTAL!
  • Hi. I am going to give it a try.

Last of the 90 second planks done...I'm kind of dreading tonight's 120. Although I do have to say that the 90 seconds, while still hard, was actually a little easier last night. Maybe this is doable after all.
