I have a lot of bad habits. I like hot dogs, a Snickers Bar is my favorite afternoon snack, I like to relax with a glass of good bourbon and small bowl of Cheetos, I walk around the house nude and exercise nude, I like to play Spider Solitaire, I enjoy watching the news, and try to perfect my bowling hook with Wii bowling. Did I say I like hot dogs..................baloney & cheese (velveeta) on toast with tomatoes and onions.........YUM!!!0

I drink a lot of caffeine...
I'm on my third Coke Zero of the day.
If I don't make it, know that I enjoyed our time together.

Today isn't even bad... I've gone through a 12 pack in a day and a half
I can do that to... especially on weekends.
I should just get it over with and upgrade to cocaine
lol, I've come to terms with my caffeine addiction and I have no intention of giving it up any time soon... hey I have to have some bad habits right? lol0 -

Eating too late at night.
Sitting around too much instead of doing things around the house. I always have to fight my laziness.
Also, I really hate doing the dishes (we don't have a dishwasher in my apartment) so they usually pile up0 -

Nachos and dark beer are mine. Every night if I could. With all the jalepenos in the world.0 -
i buy to much weights
i have 2 smith machines
5 Olympic benches
over 1000lbs of Olympic grip weights
around 500lbs of standard weights
etc..
oh i forgot that's my job...i buy and sell weight lifting equipment lol
but i do like a half a can of dew a day:bigsmile:0 -
I curse like a sailor.
I procrastinate..........a lot.
I talk, a lot. And fast.
I used to drink as much soda as some of you; I loved diet mountain dew, and coke zero.
But two months ago I was grossed out to learn Mountain Dew has Brominated Vegetable Oil in it. I cannot stand the thought of drinking that now.
And then, because I have a serotonin deficit in my brain ( a neurotransmitter that effects mood and depression) I also gave up any diet pop with asparame. That is highly limiting which means I halrdly ever drink pop unless I can make a healthier choice in it. No pop at restuarants, from vending machines or at most people's house.
If I crave a pop, I will only drink Diet Rite (Zero carbs, zero cals, zero sodium, zero caffiene and zero aspartame) or Pepsi Next (100 cals per bottle, less sugar and carbs than regular but no aspartame like Diet sodas usually)
I know it's totally a mental block I have placed on these chemicals, but it keeps me drinking my water and healthier choices and still healthier even when I do drink a soda or two!0 -

Also, I'm a terrible person.
Usually people who are terrible people aren't the ones who can admit it, so nice try but i don't buy it!0 -
Too much caffeine.
Watch netflix FAR too much instead of doing more productive things...like working out. :ohwell:0 -

When I am running low on calories, I sometimes eat something like lettuce, beans, and chopped up peppers for dinner so that I may partake of cookies, mini blizzard from DQ, or chocolate.0

I get out of the shower without drying off and walk around the house dripping water everywhere.
I have NEVER ONCE put the cap back on the toothpaste after I was done with it.

I'll leave dishes in the sink for weeks cause I hate washing dishes, and ill just throw them away and buy new ones

Wine & Beer...I could happily drown in a vat of either!
Spicy food..my life would be over if I was told I couldn't eat curries etc
Lazy when it comes to exercise & housework
Used to be a bit of a workaholic but I am slowly weaning myself off that one
Opinionated...If I like or dislike something i.e music, food etc so should you!!
I spend to much time doing sweet FA on my computer
Other than that I am a catch...honest!!0 -
