I was trying to "quote" the post about walking around the house and exercising in the nude, but I totally didn't get the "quote" thing right! Either way, I love this post!
I guess my worst habit is sneaking sweets. Like the calories don't count if no one sees me ingest them...0 -
I ingest too much:
coffee
chocolate
sugar
Also, I'm a terrible person.
Usually people who are terrible people aren't the ones who can admit it, so nice try but i don't buy it!

If there's nutella in the house I eat it. All of it.
Needless to say I don't buy it any more.......after this last jar I've got in my cupboard right now.
This! somehow I managed to not eat my sons single serve nutella treat. Thank goodness he took it to school today.. it was calling me something fierce.Goofing off at work. Like now.0 -
Midnight snacks. And I never log them. (sobs into chips)

- drink a lot of coffee
- tend to cuss a lot (but I'm inventive - make a lot of new stuff up)
- I crack my knuckles a lot
- I can burp louder than ANYONE I know - and I'm proud of it.0 -
Mine is alcohol. I usually like enough to get a little buzz going but that equates to a couple of drinks a day. So I take in 150-300 useless carries per day and am possibly setting myself up for health related problems down the road.0

Too much screen time before bed
Going to bed too late.
I don't brush or floss as much as I should.
I'm working on all of these 3 the most right now, as they're easier to start handling than my main poor habit: being a terrible human being.0 -
I don't clean my shower until it starts to smell, and I do laundry once a month or so.
I drink a whole bottle of wine 2-3 times a week.
I'd post more, but I don't want to risk getting fired.0 -
