Following are the four "bad habits" that I can think of with counterpoints:
I LOVE the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies that I make…just ate two.
Counter: I work them into my diary.
I hum…but nothing recognizable. It irritates my hubby.
Counter: Tough ****!
MFP…throughout the day I check in, stalk, comment, "like"…
I count joining MFP as one of the highlights of 2013!
I drink 3-4 Coke Zeros in a day.
Counter: It is my drug of choice.

I curse like a sailor.
I procrastinate..........a lot.
I talk, a lot. And fast.
These too!
Hell, I could probably fill a page if i were going to be totally honest...
You're not helping my case any, Heisenberg.
(Yes, talking to inanimate objects could make the list too)
So maybe some of these things are not really bad, it can be all object
I also tend to make excuses ^^
And overargue my points.....

Hot Pockets. Just...Hot Pockets.
Letting myself be bullied into eating meat even if I know it'll make me sick.
There IS a such thing as too many sunflower seeds.

- Hitting the snooze button one to many times on my alarm
- Spending way to much time on my computer at home (I use it all day work, you would think I wouldn't want to when I get home)
- Candy Crush!0 -
I love chocolate and now that I am eating lower carbs I am eating sugar free chocolate which is probably even worse for me!0

I don't have any bad habits.
I eat clean and avoid sugar, artificial sweeteners, and limit fruit but eat my weight in veggies.
I don't have caffeine. Water with breakfast or organic, free-range eggs, boiled so I don't add too much fat, water with lunch, and a little bit of chamomile tea after dinner.
Pizza is the devil. I can't stomach that much fat in one meal.
No alcohol. I can't stand the smell of beer, and wine just tastes bitter to me. I've never tried liquor, so I don't know what I really think, but I'm sure I wouldn't like it.
I've never smoked or done any illegal substances.
I go to bed at 9:30 every night and wake up at 5:45 am.
Yeppers, no vices. Maybe once in a while I tell a white lie, but not very often.0 -

I pretend I am "just asking a question" when in actual reality I am totally accusing my husband of whatever I am asking about....... We both know I'm doing it. I just can't stop :explode:

I spend more hours on my cell phone then any one human should. It's just so.... smart. I love it :smooched:0 -
I'm a compulsive contributor/volunteer and have a hard time saying "No."
I love to entertain; I work as a professional magician on the side and have a hard time believing not everyone likes magicians...
I pick at my ear hair and pull it out. WHY on God's green earth do I have to lose my hair on top of my head and then have it flourish from my nose and ears? Not fair.0 -

I smoke (not tobacco/nicotine) which leads to ridiculous late night munchies
I've been working on controlling my munchies lately though and think I'm getting better at it!0 -
Most annoying habit to my friends/family: I am horribly indecisive.
Family/Friend asks: "what do you want to do tonight?"
Me: I don't know/I don't care
^^^Some variation on this conversation happens on a daily basis in regards to just about anything.
Personally, I think my worst habit is rolling my eyes whenever I think someone is saying something stupid. It wouldn't be so bad, but I am an awful person and I find myself rolling my eyes a lot. And I waste too much time hating people. You hear me, boyfriend's psycho, social media stalking ex? Thank God LinkedIn lets you block people now. And I get loud when I am drunk...not confrontational, just loud.0 -
If I see chocolates, sweets like pastries, cakes, cookies - I legit grab and shove it into my mouth as fast I can without remembering what I just did.0

My bad habits are pretty bad. I drink a Monster a day. A monster on occasion isn't bad, but I just have to have one every.single.day. But, I log it! And the other, well, I'm a dirty smoker. That habit will be gone at the end of this semester. And, I'm a procrastinator. I'll finish this post later.0 -

I bite my lip a lot. And I shout at other drivers when I'm driving. How some people managed to pass their driving test, I'll never know.0

Almond butter!!!! I eat way too much of it all the time, i am actually eating it with a spoon, directly out of the jar as I am typing this. I should be ashamed of myself!!!!!0

My younger skinnier self was addicted to Mountain Dew. The last 10 years or so it has been diet dew. 5-6 cans a day. Cut it down to one a day, sometimes 2 on the weekends, a few months ago. I love to eat, but I am trying to make better choices- most of the time. I watch way to much TV.
