I feel the same way about people desperately trying to convince themselves that mashed cauliflower is mashed potato. Why? It's mashed cauliflower, so call it what it is and enjoy it.

The recipe clearly says pizza, not latkes..

Thanks for that OP. My husband is gluten intolerant but misses pizza, GF pizza bases are dry and tasteless so this looks like a good alternative
