I've seen it called a "hack" not a diet. It's a short-term method for losing fat and can be done for a few days every week. The rest of the days are normal eating, but you can't go crazy if you actually want to lose weight. I'm trying it using organic Yukon Gold potatoes that I steamed and ate plain and they're delicious. There's no way at my size I could eat 21 potatoes a day; the sources I've read suggested about 2 pounds a day for a small person, and up to 5 for a larger one. I'm the kind of person who does better eating the same thing repeatedly. Variety causes me to overeat. Potatoes are exceptionally satisfying compared to other foods and have other properties that help with fat loss (I am not saying that they are a magic food.).
I read a summary on this blog and borrowed the Kindle book it references.0 -
