Okay, I'm in and boy do I need some support. Sugar is my downfall. I love it and should probably be in a 12 step program. I also lose my momentum at night. I can be having a great day and below my calories and then I come home from work and eat everything in sight. My goal for October is to decrease my sugars to one a day (I have to be realistic and don't believe a total cut off would be smart. I think I would be setting myself up for failure.) My second goal for October is to work out at least 2x a week. Wish everyone good luck.0

Salemirisheyes, You can do it.. Just stay focused and Since you have problems mainly after work, try planning on going for a walk or working out Once you get home. Remmeber that it takes 3 weeks for your taste-buds to adjust. So just stick with it no matter what. Have some vegetables (like carrots and broccoli) to munch on when you feel the urge of wanting sugar..Or go and brush your teeth.. that sometimes helps.. or Chew a gum...

Salemirisheyes I think those are very reasonable goals for the remainder of the month of Oct. take it nice and slow so you can achieve your goals and maybe next month you will feel comfortable enough to go a step further keep up the good work check in often so we can help support you along the way!!!
Okay so everyone as you know I didn't lose anything yet but this morning I measured and I am down inches woot woot thats probably from the shred I will be back with the totals from that on the 15th that is officially halfway through the shred0 -

I'm down 1.4 this week, not quite as much as i was hoping for, but still heading the right way. I drank some wine last night, which may have hurt my weigh-in this morning, but hopefully it just makes for an awesome weigh-in next week! I WILL be in the 2-0's next week. Dont know if i can hit 200 by the end of the month but I know I can come darn close!

Dropped one more pound this week. I am down 8 on my way to October's goal of 10 lbs lost for the month. I have finished my second week using this program I have leveled off a bit and I am enjoying controlling my food intake. I've been pretty successful exercising every week day and some weekend days.0

today was the scheduled off day of the 30 day slim down program and i missed the first 3 days as usual for this week...so i got monday and tuesday caught up...wednesday ill get caught up on another day because theres 2 scheduled workouts tomorrow PLUS i work in the afternoon AND need to go to grocery store0

I am doing good. I had my fried chickent Tuesday within my calories for the day. So that is 3 days out of 15 that I had something fried.
I am too tired tonight but the list that was forwarded was not correct because I saw it still showed me at 3 pounds lost and I have lost more. Hopefully someone can make all the necessary corrections because quite a few posts were made of losses since I lost 3 pounds this month.

Well I did it! I made it through 2 Thanksgiving dinners (I'm Canadian and I still lost 1 pound this week! Very happy with that! I did cave and have a couple pieces of pie over the last weekend but I made sure to walk every day on my lunch this week so a 1 pound loss is still good. phew
Now, the challenge will be getting through Halloween and the after Halloween with all the candy and of course, my favourite, chocolate in the house!!!

Hello every1, i'm new & i would like to join if that's possible. I would like to lose weight before i'm 30 (in march) & look good for the pictures. I know my friends would like to do something big im not planing anything till feb.

Hi everyone,
I had gained a few pounds. Now I am back at 355. My goal is to lose at least 3 more pounds this month. I know I can do that if I apply myself. I do my exercise, I have an addiction to food and that is my vice right now, but I am getting help and not giving up. If I lose 10 pounds this month that is huge for me and is a new level of control for me.
