OCTOBER CHALLENGE - CRUNCHES & SQUATS

I just finished my squats for the month. For a good measure, I added 100 more so I have done 2100 so far and I am very proud of them. Out of 2100, most of them are done with out body weight. About 10% of them are done with either a 12kg or 20lb kettlebell. Some of them are done as front squats with 45lb Olympic Bar. I think I am going to keep doing this as a challenge for next 10 weeks to come.

I didn't get in any more squats or crunches since my last post. So I'm disappointed that I didn't make the goal, but I'm pleased with what I did do. My legs were sore more than once from doing the squats, and I loved feeling that pain, makes me feel like my efforts are working.
Are we doing anything for November? Or is everyone kind of going their separate ways?0
