Hi everyone! Hope you all got your workouts in today! I received my TurboFire yesterday and just did the first workout! I am sitting on my couch right now a little sweaty :happy: Wow it was a great intense workout, very fast paced but fun! I can't wait till tomorrow to try the next DVD. I am still learning about all the different workouts- it seems a little confusing. I am going to make myself a Shakeology and get the rest of my errands done! Did 55 EZ today. Bodybugg shows I burned 497 calories! I am addicted to the sweat...it's not a workout unless I come away totally drenched!

Yay! TF is sooo much fun!
Today was my last day of month two. I weighed in at 121.6 pounds. I lost 12 pounds since starting TF and I still have 3 more months of it left!
Now I start the HIIT month. LOVE HIIT!0 -
Way to go Erin! I start another HIIT month in 2 weeks...that's when I finally meet up with HIIT 30...dun dun duh!!! :laugh:0

Just finished Fire 55 EZ. I really love that one! Fire 60 is even more intense though. So excited for the advanced months!0

Hey ladies!! Week1, Day1 done!! TurboFire 30, stopping to hack up a lung a few times though. Hopefully this cold goes away soon!! So excited to finally be done with my half marathon so I can move onto this I still plan on running every once and a while though, I am going to do another half marathon in the spring!0

Hi Everyone! Sorry I have been away- have had a busy week with a few unexpected evens :noway: I was not able to work out consistently last week so I am starting again today! I did TurboFire 30 tonight and am spent! It felt great! How is everyone liking TurboFire so far?0

so its been a week and half of tf and i love it, i won't weigh myself until after two months and see if i notice a difference. i just wish i ate better, i do good during the week its the week end when i fall apart. but Im not really working out to lose, i just love to work out. but today wednesday that means rest day. aww man i really wanted to work out today..lol0
