Start 30 day shred with me today anyone??

Hi all, just wondering if anyone is interested in starting the 30 day shred with me today? We can all support each other through it then post before and after pics at the end. x

    I'm in! I just took before pics on Sunday. Eeeeek!! I'm now on day 5 of logging calories and also NOT SMOKING!! My poor family - I'm a bit grumpy.

    Hey guys i did day 5 Sunday been off since but will pick it back up tmm I'm also doing t25 but I made a group have a few others doing shred too we can support each othe through this journey

    I have a hrm but most log it under aerobics either low or high depending on intensity

    I think most people log it as circuit training, looking at previous threads about 30DS. I did it through March, repeated level 2 twice as level 3 involved some moves that weren't suiting my knees at all. Love love love Jillian's DVDs, I'm doing No More Trouble Zones now and have Ripped in 30 to try too, also I love Fitness Blender which are viewable from their website rather than DVDs.

    Good luck everyone, I'll happily repeat 30DS!

    Great! im just about to do day 2 but i have been at a theme park all day. Not looking forward to it at all but no pain no gain :0)

    Completed day 2 today. I struggle with the jumping jacks, but I'm hoping I can build endurance. Feeling very sore and very determined! :)
