Today's my day 3! My knees were killing me yesterday, but somewhat better today.0

Day 6 today - How is everyone doing??
I'm not feeling very sore any longer and can finally make it all the way thru those dreaded jumping jacks! Yay, go me! My clothes feel looser, especially in my thighs and waist. However, I am not losing any weight! I know muscle weighs more than fat and all that jazz but I seem to get the most motiviation from seeing that darn scale move. Soooo, I'm trying to not dwell on that and have put the scale out of sight for awhile.
Have a great day!0 -

Day 9 for me today. I also am no longer sore. But still can't do jumping jacks. I'm going to take measurements before I start level 2. I took them a week before I started 30 day shred...I will take measurements after each level.
I have lost some weight, but that just started taking off in the last couple days...
Hope you all are having fun!!!0 -

I finished the shred yesterday. I did it Monday to Friday and had a weekend away in the middle where I ate what I wanted. I trid to keep to my 1340 calorie per day allowance but didn't always succeed.
Overall I only lost 4 lbs but I did loose 15.5".
I am happy with my results but would love to have seen a bigger reduction in the jelly belly :grumble:

I'm planning on starting this tonight, and am rather terrified! For those who have already started it, does it include a warm up and cool down?
Thanks so much!0 -

I started the 30 day shred on April 1st. I typically skip working out on weekends but try to get in workouts 5 days a week (m-f).
I feel like my weight has been fluctuating a lot and/or holding steady. When I was just running (before I started the shred) I definitely was losing more weight and seeing the results (in my face/fingers/some in my stomach area). Now I feel like the shred is making me seem heavier...is that possible???
I think I might do every other day shred/run. M/W/F - shred; T/H - run on treadmill.

I'm not doing the shred but I'm doing Ripped in 30 so I think it's the same idea. I do cardio at the gym in the morning and JM at night after work. Since it's only 34 minutes I don't dread doing it that way.0
