Late in the day, but oh well
Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes! Without exercise on Friday too...
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? haha wasn't too hard. I rested. It was great. I walked an easy 3 miles on my date and ate super healthy. Feel great about it!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? See above. Had tons of healthy snacks and made good choices out for dinner.
What would I have done differently? Nothing! It was a great day!
What is today's personal goals? Today's over pretty much. Had too much sugar, but stayed within my calories. Went on a 45 min hike through an amazing conservation area with my boyfriend - so beautiful this time of year. Going to try and not snack on anything but fruit/veg/coffee after work tonight. Let's see if I can make that happen :S
