Very bad week for me my weigh in the week is 207.5 up 2 lbs
I had a bad food weekend and then ended up getting sick and spending 4 days doing nothing and eating to much. :sad:
Good thing the only "bad" foods I had in my house were rice cakes and dark chocolate. I don't know about you guys but when I get sick I just want to eat sugary foods.
Well time to do some damage control.0 -
just finished one of the days of the jillian michaels 30 day shred level 1 that i missed 2 more and i'll be up to date for the month...it's still the 7th of october here in california0

OK so i just signed up to start a couch to 5 k challenge that's starting on october 11 on MFP....i've never done anything like this before so along with my jillian michaels 30 day slimdown program i'll be doing this too
i was wondering how in the world i was going to do this after i signed up for it...was i needing to look at my cell phone the whole time i was doing this or what??? my cell phone has a stopwatch mode anyways so i looked on the internet for like a couch to 5k music thing...and sure enough i found it :-) below is the link to it

after ur walking interval is up it makes like a chime sound...and very NOTICEABLE....and it does the same thing as when ur jogging interval is up...it does play music so its not like there's someone saying for u to start walking or jogging every so seconds....like i said that's what the chime sound does0 -
Well ladies, it's been a crazy intense week of overtime and I've been looking forward to having only one job to work today so I could burn some calories cleaning and going to the Y. So what happens? My back blows out....but I'm going to persevere!

Just finished my 3rd night shift and I'm missing my bed! No sleep for the wicked though. My son isn't going to daycare today, which means I can't sleep until he naps at noon. 4 more hours away. :frown: And even then it'll only be a 2 hour nap.

The blackberry's and Iphones, have C25K apps as well. I have the blackberry one and love it. It counts down when you have to walk, jog, etc.0 -

hi fitness buddies,
I have to be honest with myself so I changed my weigh in b/c this has been a hard week with school. I am upset at myself for not planning accordingly and taking my exam online while my 2 year old was in the room. I thought she would behave, but she was not letting me finish the timed exam. So, anyhow, I'm getting over that. My eating needs improvement and I need to start my exercise regime. I'm glad the weekend is here so that I can start fresh, and I know that I can do this. I am thinking of rewarding my weight loss efforts with shopping for clothes each time so I can feel good. Anyhow, that's my story.

I am still feeling the affects of this cold. It has moved from a head cold into a chest cold. I have manged to eat better the last couple of day. I still haven't done a regular workout yet, I have walked on the treadmill to get my heart rate up though so much better than the beginning of the week..
Ahhh cold medicine what would I do without you....cough cough.0 -
i'm working really hard to get back down to where i was before TOM paid me a visit, so my goal from now until next saturday is to be in the 150's. i workout hard today including mowing the grass with the pushmower. i'm so tired of being in 160's going up and down almost this whole year being in the 160's.0

I am a sugar-hollic so holloween is going to be hard for me. I have started to eat dark chocolate, the 60% coco stuff, It helps keep me from binging on it and I get my chocolate fix for the day.
