    Thank you for posting your story. I have struggled with weight issues for many years and am now 60 and starting life all over. I've always been active, but used it as a tool to stop weight from piling on faster than it otherwise would. I'm motivated now and seeing the physical change in your pictures allows me to see the possibilities. MFP is turning out to be a great tool. ... as I log everything.... even when I don't want to.
