    Burpees with a tuck jump or a Turkish Get Up. Works everything. Try one of those for 15 minutes. You will be WORKED!

    I pop in a Leslie Sansome power walk video. I do her 1 mile walk video in the middle of the day and it is 15 minutes long and I get a whole body work out in those few minutes.
