I was wondering what your opinions were on the accuracy of the wii fit plus for calories burnt and weight?

I feel like I don't get much of a workout from it.0 -
It's a basic calculation similar to what you can find online. Take with a grain of salt. How much of a workout you get depends on what activities you do - free run or island bicycle are obviously going to be better cardiac workouts than yoga positions or balance games.
Wii Fit is a great tool to get you started and to keep things interesting. My husband lost 20 lbs without doing much more than monitoring caloric intake and doing a Wii Fit circuit (advanced hula hoops, expert boxing, advanced obstacle course about 3-4 times each). It's doable, but it's not comparable to HIIT or HICT or strength training.0 -
If you want complete accuracy, invest in a heart rate monitor!0
