    Tired sqared. Started bike commuting (great weather here in Denver) again, 14 mi a day, and the gym. good thing I'm only there to pick up chicks. hahahaha I have soooooo much energy left for that.

    Anyway, women need to work at fitness for many reasons, health, ability, and even to stay sexy for our husbands is not a bad thing either. I'm a dancer. Staying fit is part of my job and continued happiness. Weights are excellent for fitness, muscle, preventing osteoporosis, maintaining a healthy body. Good for mental health as well.
