New here, can someone help?!

So I currently weight 175lb and I'm 17. I used to weigh 240lb a year ago, I lost it just by doing cardio and weights but after I got to the 180lb I couldn't loose any more weigh even if I worked out longer or ate less. Out of nowhere this year I lost 5lb but it was of muscle since I haven't gone to the gym for a while. So now that ya know some back story here's whats going on currently so I recently started going to the gym again (3 days) and been using my fitness pal for a week and half now and I can't loose the weight I currently have an idk why, I eat the calories it tells me to. I have a pretty active life I go to school come home and rest for a bit then go to the gym and lift weights for about 2hrs come back, play some games and then I get ready for work which is cleaning it's a pretty big area I clean (4hrs of work) then I come home and sleep. So can someone tell me what's wrong?

    If you just started working out again, you shouldn't see any noticeable improvements in your body, but you are beginning to recondition to what it once was, in terms of fitness.

    Keep using MFP, keep doing cardio like you used to, keep the calories negative
    You'll see the improvements you want to eventually.
