  • Im usually around 350-400 for breakfast. I aim for 1500 calories each day.
  • Usually around 200-300. I prefer to have a larger dinner. Eating too much in the morning always makes me feel bad. So I eat a light breakfast and lunch.

    200-500. I'm on a 2090 calorie plan. Never used to eat breakfast befor MFP 2 months ago, so i'm discovering when i don't eat anything for breakfast, my lunch isn't enough to get through the workout in the evening. Guess i'm learning to eat to live...right?

    I usually eat between 300-400 calories out of about 1500 calories a day (~20%). I also add a piece of fruit as a mid-morning snack so I am not completely starving by lunch. On the weekend I usually eat a bit later, but usually have the same breakfast, but skip the fruit...

    Time and calirie amounts are also my label names so here it is for you:

    00 ~ 11 || Breakfast < 500
    11 ~ 13 || Early snacks < 300
    13 ~ 17 || Lunch < 800
    16 ~ 20 || Late snacks < 700 << cardio and weightlifting goes here
    20 ~ 00 || Dinner 300+
  • I try to keep it under 200 (of a 1370 total day) because I'm a snackasaurus at night. Do the same for lunch.

    I eat three meals a day and three small snacks...and I spend about 1/4 of my cals on breakfast. I think breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day. Usually I have a bagel thin with an egg or two and sometimes a couple slices of bacon in it, fruit, and greek yogurt. Works out to 400 calories or so.

    I have 1200 calories and I used 385 for breakfast so that's approx 32%. I usually use between 350-450 cals for breakfast.

    If I'm by myself then around 200-300 on cereal or fruit or yoghurt. With family and friends it's a larger chunk instead of having lunch, maybe 500-800 cals sometimes.

    Mine is usually at least 400 calories or so (1,700 calorie per day goal). I also always snack at work at about 10 am or so (usually a yogurt or small piece of fruit). I've always been more of a morning eater than an evening eater. Breakfast is easy for me to go way over on calories (I love cereal and really have to watch my portion size). I've been trying to supplement with protein of some kind (cottage cheese, eggs, etc.)

    I try to keep it under 300 (including the creamer and stuff in my coffee).
    Same with Lunch - that way I have the bulk of my calories for dinner.

    I am set for 1250 per day and eat back most exercise cals.
