What are specific things that you look for in a MFP friend?
For me, I believe that it is motivation, determination and that they have a goal set. I mean they do not have to show all this before I friend them on here, these are just things that I like to see in people here.

sense of humour, a keen wit and an absence of them doing derpy things like fad diets, self-torture or self-starvation. And anyone who does those derpy things and then whines about how they're always tired/hungry/miserable and what are they doing wrong but then gets butthurt when you tell them what they're doing wrong... well that's just a double no-no (or a quadriple no, depending on your perspective on things)
Lifting heavy things for fun is always a bonus.0 -
