I run 4 to 6 miles 2-3 days a week, and 3 days of the week I do heavy weight lifting, but only because I love both so much.0

You burn a lot more fat with a good strength training program than endless amounts of cardio.
Eat well to fit your daily carb/protein/fat intake, strength train, throw in a bit of cardio for heart health and lift weights.0 -
Those who do no cardio and focus only on weight loss without strengthening their cardiovascular systems are foolish indeed.
That's why I do both.0
