So I have been struggling losing the last of my 15-20 pounds I have to lose. On the app if it says to eat 1500 calories, then I work out for 600 calories. Do I still eat just the 1500? Do I eat less than my 1500? Help. I think I am either eating too much or not enough to make this really work.

Set your goal to .5 lb. per week. Your calorie goal has your deficit built in. Log your exercise, and eat back your exercise calories for a few weeks. If you don't lose, start eating back half your exercise calories.
