What alcohol can I drink?

Vodka Tonic with Lime is what I drink0

Miller 64 is surprisingly tasty. Otherwise its Captain and Diet Coke or vodka and diet tonic water with a lemon wedge. Have fun and be safe0

My vote is for vodka and tonic. Of course, drink what you want, as long as you throw in some exercise to compensate.0

miller / coors / bud light all have around 100 calories
These are all over 100 calories.
Michelob Ultra is lower carb. Miller 64 is ok. I've never had the Bud ultra light version. They are now making some lower calories vodkas. Never tried them, but I have seen them in stores.0 -
Have a frozen margarita with double strawberry ice cream.0

absolute and water with Dasani flavor drops....58 calories a shot0

I'd go with whiskey, vodka, rum, or gin.
These really have the lowest calories and highest alcohol percentage.
Not that alcohol is healthy at all, but if you must these should probably be your go-tos.
Avoid syrupy drinks, especially things like cosmopolitans. Coffee/Creamy liquor are also chock-full of calories and carbs, so avoid those.0 -
Wine, shots, or diet mixers are going to be your best alcohol/calorie ratio.
Wine? Really? I always thought wine was pretty high in calories. I'm blaming my weight on wine a lot. I have gained close to 30 lbs since I started drinking a year and a half ago0 -
I like the 10% stouts, 8+% IPAs, Light beers, Ales, Vodka, Brandy, Wine, Rum.. umm... the ones with goofy sh** on the labels... umm... all of the liquor..0

Try a Manhattan. Delicious and fairly low on calories and it will take a while to sip through the whole thing.0

Vodka mixed with a PowerAde Zero
YUMMY!0 -
I love red wine and can always fit it in my day if I try. All calories are for 5 oz servings.
I prefer to calculate my wine servings per bottle, not ounces....
I'm just a lush that way0 -
Hard liquor. I am a whiskey person myself.0

For a night in, try 8 oz diet 7 up or sprite, 1 pack of crystal light any flavor, shot of tequila. Its 80 calories total. 10 for the crystal light and 70 for the oz of tequila. Yummy.0

Try red - I've lost 33 lbs in the last 8 months drinking lots if the stuff.
Plus if you are sticking to a glass or two it has some great health benefits!0 -
