Bikini Babes are Back

Hey ladies, thought I would start this thread back up especially knowing that every woman would like to look nice in a bikini.

You are all welcome, we can do challenges or weigh ins if you want, I just wanna keep supporting each other until one day we can wear a bikini with confidence! Who's with me?

My motivation is going home in December where we don't have winter so I will most likely hit the beach and I wanna look and feel great in a bathing suit. :smile:

    ya'll have plenty of time! i really need to get serious cuz my vacation in only 12 weeks away. I haven't been home since last december and I wanna surprise everyone back home! can't wait!

    hey chick, i'm back and i'm ready again, i'm glad you are back. i'm doing okay, TOM got a hold of me and i have a terrible head cold and sore throat, but i'm still working out and staying busy. so i'm definitly in. i just like about 22lbs. to go so hopefully next year i will be able to get in those bikinis better.

    i was 161.6lbs. before TOM paid me a visit, so now i have to work my butt off to get back to where i was and plus more so my goal from now until next saturday, i'm going to work hard to get into 150's.

    great job porter baby! i haven'tbeen in 150's since high school. so for now my aim is to get to 160 and I will be soo happy!

    keep it up. what's ur workout routine like now?

    i just any tapes now, i don't stick to a couple of the dvds, so i just do a variety of them. but my favorites is still the brazil butt lift ,zumba and hip hop abs.
    nolachick: just keep it up and i know you will get into 160's. i like to get close to my goal before or where i feel better about some parts on my body before jan 2,2011.

    I'm definitely in! I haven't worn a bikini or bathing suit in 10 years or so and I'm so determined to rock that bikini this next summer! My kids love to play in the kiddie pool and my daughter loves to go to the beach. For once, I'm going to go to the beach and look damn hot. :)

    good morning everyone, i finally lost the lbs. i gained due to TOM. so my challenge is to get alot of workout in and stay active and drink my water and hopefully be in way into 150's by next monday. anybody else have a challenge?

    porterbaby i usually avoid weighing in a wk before or afterTOM cuz i dont wanna make myself upset haha.

    my challenge this week is to get back into the habit of drinking 8cups of water a day.

    good afternnon everyone. yesterday it was along day and so was today. yesterday i helped my man sister make a rock garden, we bought some landscaping boards to put around it. i used the sledge hammer to pound the spikes in the boards. then mlater in the evening my man went hunting, so i did about an hour of exercises. today i cleaned house, did laundry, went for a walk to pay some bills, did a workout tape, then went out to the travel trailer and work on put new contact paper over the cabinets and drawers, i still have some more to do. so i'm sore but , it felt great doing heavy work like that.

    Good Evening Everyone,

    I've gotten a little distracted with school work lately. Good news is the fact that I'm learning on how to control my portions. I have a long week ahead of me still. This weekend is going to be one challenging weekend. I have my first ultimate tournament paired with Oktoberfesting for the first time. I hope you all have a good night :)

    morning everyone. this has been a bad week for me due to plain laziness. but this wkend i am determined to plan my meals better for the coming week and schedule in a work out atleast 5x a week from here on out.

    I'm going to print this out, and read it once an hour, to keep me motivated. :drinker: :drinker:

    I want to get back into the habit of drinking more water too. Working out always helps me drink more. If I don't work out, getting 8 glasses seems a lot harder.

    good morning i'm back this time, i'm sticking to this weight loss journey to the end. i want to have a happy ,healthy body and i'm ready. i ate like crazy saturday and i felt terrible. i did alot of thinking saturday and i made a pack that i'm doing it. i want look great before new years and look awesome next summer, i just want to get rid of those flabby areas and that extra buldge. i have bikinis i would like to look hot in. plus i'll be turning forty in jan. so want to look awesome on my birthday. i'm not really thinking of challenges for myself, because i know what i have to do each and everyday. to me it's about wanting to be healthy and looking good. being happy and the willpower to stick to this weight loss journey. so my main reward is the healthy body with healthy body fat and bmi.

    today is a whole new day to get to our happy healthy bodies. i weigh myself this morning 164.2lbs. today is p90x phase 1 yoga x and hip hop abs- total body burn. my brazil butt lift is a rest day. so that's why i'm doing hip hop abs. i hope everyone has a great day. plus i'll probably go for a walk later.

    yesterday i cleand house, did p90x-leg and back-ab ripper x and brazil butt lift. took everything out of the back porch, moved out the washer and dryer and clean them. did laundry. today i have a list of this to do, but my workout today is p90x phase 1 kenpo x and brazil butt lift- bum bum and tummy tuck.

    good morning everyone. my workout yesterday consist of do brazil butt lift- tummy tuck, bum bum. then later in the evening at his sisters house i did 20 minute express of zumba and about 30 min. of phase 1 p90x kenpo x. this morning while he went hunting i did the whole thing of kenpo x and started phase 1 of stretching x. tonight at his sisters house while he watches the big ufc fights i'm going to do the whole thing of stretching x and do a few other dvds. i know people probably think i'm doing to much but if i don't workout in the evenings which i should have been doing like i was doing before, that's what was making the scale move for me. if i workout in the mornings and do what i have to do during the rest of the day and then in the evenings i workout.

    porterbaby good jobs on the workouts just make sure u are keeping hydrated and getting all the right nutrients.
