    I'll agree with most everyone on here. Don't diet!!! Period! Just eat a calorie deficit and get moving for 30 min or so a day. even if it is just taking a walk at lunch around the block. You can do this!!!
    The word diet is awful and should never be used...and for goodness sake, don't give up the things you love. just moderate how much you eat and keep moving.

    ALL diets work if followed correctly and consistently. It's the UNSUSTAINIBILITY of them that's the issue once one reaches goal weight.
