Really? I am looking at the breifs too but I can see the difference...
I see bigger shoulders, arms and legs are looking great...upper body in general I notice a significant difference already...
the other difference I see is the breifs are getting smaller....
Thank you for awesome feedback.
Someone tell me signifigance of my briefs though? lol
well...the significance of the briefts would be like looking at a woman in a one piece bathing suit vs two peice...which one would you prefer...
A. they aren't tighty whities
B. they aren't loose boxes
C. The 2nd pic they appear shorter..might be just pulled up but regardless ....nice.
So are you saying they are just pleaing to look at?
I could make sense out of that0 -
I don't see much of a difference, but that could be because I'm busy looking at your boxer briefs. Hm.

lol I'm not gonna lie this blew my mind a bit. You think that 7 months is a long time for the differences shown?
I'm almost 10 lbs heavier at the same bodyfat. That's a pretty substantial recomp in less than a year
Thanks for compliment though man
Hell no man you did well, plus you build mass harder now because you already have a pretty decent amount of muscle in your body.
I did that the first week but now Im adding 100 every week since Im getting closer and closer to maintenance calories!
I see a big difference in upper body especially shoulders and chest!0 -
I think I could use some serious "help," whatever that means! Great job!0

There's a huge difference, he's lost like 4 inches off the boxer briefs! Can't wait for the next progress picture!0 -

I'm not sure but I remember last year people thought I was kidding when I told them my chest measurement because I guess it illudes to be bigger than it is
Maybe 39 before? Would have to remeasure now0 -

It is funny when you think about it. Most people that have been lifting for over 2 years will be lucky if they get 3-4 lbm in a year.(bulking recomping whatever). Why would it be shocking to anyone that he had "help". By help I mean a good spotter and coach.0

Awesome work man. Care to post a bit about your recomp routine?
Sure it was essentially just a small reverse in cals into a full blown bulk, then started cutting in february at a better starting point
Routine was push/pull/rest/push/pull/legs/rest for the most part.. incorporating heavy compound lifts as the main source of progress
Followed flexible dieting
also note I had "help"
It's clear you work very hard! Your progress is great and you look fantastic.
Thank you for also being honest about what has been involved. Too many on here are not and it sets very unrealistic expectations.
I agree! Congrats on the dedication bud!0 -
