I've gained 23 pounds over Christmas, as I had a knee operation and was off for 4 months. Got to get this weight off for summer. Who's in? Check in each week and state your weight loss. 10 weeks of hard dieting will bring us to the start of July.

I'm all in. My goal is 22 lbs. to get down to 190 lbs. I lost close to 30 by doing keto for 2 and 1/2 months so I'm gonna do that again.

I am doing the 21 day fix, you can lose 15 pounds in just 3 weeks if you stick to it! I have already lost 9! if you're interested in it and joining the group let me know!0

I am in as well. I keep thinking how tough it will be to lose 2 lbs consistently for 10 weeks but it will be a fun challenge!

Sedentary job
Exercise 4x 45 minute strength training and 4x 30 minute cardio.
My diet, sucks! I either eat well, or eat all kinds of junk.0
